Since Our inception Our foucs has been you, the Emergency Responder. We are Emergency Responders also and we know what you need. Our experience spans more than 30 years in the Volunteer Fire and EMS service. We have served from entry level positions all the way up to Officers, Vice Presidents and Administrators. In 2007 Dan Incorporated and acquired the name DR&W Enterprises LLC.
Daniel Wimer is the owner of DR&W Enterprises LLC which is a family owned business. Geoffrey Wimer, Dan's son is the sole partner.

- Dan Wimer is a 30 year veteran of the Volunteer Fire Service.
- He has served as Captain, Lieutenant, Safety Officer and held numerous other Administrative positions.
- Dan has published numerous articles in Size Up on Hybrid Vehicle Safety and other Safety related topics. (See Size Up: Winter 2004 pp. 58-59; Fall 2004 pp. 58-59; Winter 2005 pp. 40-41; Issue 2 2006 pp. 46-47 and Issue 3 2007 pp. 50-51.)
- Dan has trained more than 2500 Emergency Responsers in New York on Hybrid Vehicle Safety.
- Dan is currently Captain of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) with his employer.
- Dan holds a Master's degree in Health and Safety along with two other degrees.
- Dan is an Adjunct faculty member at a local community college where he teaches degree and non-degree courses in automotive technology for both foreign and domestic car lines.
- Dan has worked in the automotive industry for his entire career where he was as an 'A' level certified automotive technician and worked his way into engineering.
- Dan is certified on OSHA 's 1910 General Industry clause.
